the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean, which was a relief. the location was fantastic, as we were there for the chromefest festival and could easily walk to the main strip. having a bar fridge and a kettle for coffee was a nice touch. the staff were really friendly and even accommodated our request for an early check-in, making for a smooth start to our getaway.

the beds were very comfy and the executive king room itself was huge and neat. the hotel was close to the beach and close to pelican plaza. it was set close to restaurants and eateries.

Loved my 1 night stay. A work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a multi-channel TV inside the double room were handy. It was spacious and bathrooms were fairly clean here. The location was perfect and excellent, overlooking garden...

The standard king room here comes with an electric kettle, climate control, and a sofa bed and has a wonderfully comfortable bed with a view of the swimming pool, plus the location is very central.

The Reception staff were confused with my booking when we arrived. We wern't told about the room bond and did not recieve our complimentary glasses of champagne on arrival and even after questioning we were told we did not have this included in our booking!

The location is the only good thing about this place. Not at all impressed, very bad value for money very dissapointing. Run down, rusty, facilities advertised not available ie games room not open, spa cold and closed down.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay on the 1st night of our stay. The room is well-appointed and functional in appalling condition. A lounge area and an iron are available. It boasts peaceful location close enough to the main shopping mall and eateries/pubs, the Memorial Park, and Close to all the attractions...

El Lago Waters Resort is an excellent base for exploring the area, conveniently located near cafes, shops, the beach, and local attractions. Our unit was spacious, immaculate, and featured a lovely balcony, adding to our overall comfort during our stay.
